If you choose the ‘I will customize myself’ option, your proof will be visible on-screen as you make customizations, and no additional proof will be sent post-checkout. For those opting for ‘Customize for me,’ we will begin designing your order once we’ve received your content (text and photos) and then send you a proof via email.
Proofs for orders placed and content submitted before 12 PM CST, Monday through Friday, will be sent on the same day. If orders are placed or content is submitted after 12 PM CST, proofs will be sent on the next business day.
We prioritize proof revisions in the order they are received, aiming to complete them as swiftly as possible. Our operational hours are 9 AM to 5 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Revisions submitted after 5 PM CST will be addressed the following morning.
Proofs approved by 2 PM CST will be printed and shipped the same day. Proofs approved after 2 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.
